Good, Clean, Fair: The Business Ethics of Food in Tuscany

Slow food Is a non-profit global organization and movement that began in Italy. This growing movement empowers food producers to make, offer, inspire and distribute food that Is “good, clean and fair”. We will visit organic farms, mills and food business – providing students with a deep understanding of global business practices and leadership strategies with respect to food production, labor and supply chain distribution in Italy.
